A 120" x 60" (3015) cutting envelope is served by an automatic table that feeds plate into and out of the cutting cell, so a single operator can run it in a fraction of the floor space of a burn table. Dual servo motors with rack-and-pinion drive give 394 ft/min rapids and 1.2 G acceleration, and a Raycus fiber source is offered at 6, 12 or 20 kW. The cutting head has a 2" focus range, protected collimator lens and LED status bar. Cypcut control with Lantek 2D nesting handles programming, and integrated dust filtration keeps the cell clean.
PeddiSwing
5’x10’ Dual Shuttle Laser 12kW Laser
The PeddiSwing is Peddinghaus's cost-focused 2D fiber laser for plate, using a split bed with a hydraulic lifting exchange (shuttle) platform so one pallet is loaded while the other cuts. The 3015 base model cuts a 124" x 63" plate; 4020 and 6025 versions extend to 161" x 83" and 244" x 98". A lightweight, rigid gantry reaches 459 ft/min with 1.5 G acceleration, and a zero-contact height-tracking cutting head follows uneven plate without slowing. Laser sources are 12 or 20 kW (30 kW on the 6025), all rated for 1.5" plate. The machine cuts holes, contours and part markings in one program, and the optional PLA material handling system loads, unloads and reloads continuously. Zoned downdraft dust collection, Smart Manager control and Lantek 2D nesting are standard.
PeddiBolt
8’x20’ Dual Shuttle Laser up to 40kW Laser
The PeddiBolt is Peddinghaus's heavy-plate 2D fiber laser, built around a split bed with hydraulic exchange tables so plate is loaded while the machine cuts. The 6025 base model covers 244" x 98" (about 20' x 8'); 8025 and 12025 versions extend X travel to 315" and 472.5". Laser sources range from 20 to 60 kW, and the hybrid head runs in laser, oxy-fuel or combined mode, taking plate up to 4.75" thick. A 45-degree bevel head covers a 224" x 70" area for weld-prep edges. The heat-treated gantry delivers 656 to 787 ft/min rapids and 2.8 G acceleration, with part marking and holes in the same program. The shears are rated for 80,000 psi tensile plate and span capacities from 10 gauge to 1-1/2" in lengths from 6 to 22 feet, with a 4' squaring arm standard. Standard control is a Cybelec CNC storing 200 jobs that programs stroke length, back gauge position and X-retract, and on 1/2" and heavier machines also sets the infinitely variable power blade gap; variable rake is an option. A 36" ball-screw back gauge (48" on 5/8" and up) travels at up to 500 ipm with manual swing-away. Warranty is 5 years parts and 2 years CNC.
BDL-1250/9D
50” Multi-Spindle Drill Line
The BDL-1250/9D is Peddinghaus's heavy-duty multi-spindle beam drill line, aimed at large structural fabricators who need to move 200-plus tons of steel through the shop each week. Three drill assemblies carry nine spindles in total, each powered by a 25 HP (18.5 kW) Siemens servo motor that runs from 145 to 1800 RPM, and they can work simultaneously or independently with different tool diameters, speeds and feeds. Beyond drilling, the spindles handle tapping, countersinking and 4-axis carbide scribing for layout marking on beams, channel, angle, tube and flat bar. Roller Feed measurement keeps material moving without stopping, a multi-point clamping system holds the workpiece rigid for carbide tooling, and optional break-through detection shortens cycle times. Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software programs the machine, and AccuMeasure allows tandem band saw integration.
Advantage-2
44” Multi-Spindle Drill Line
The Advantage-2 is Peddinghaus's mainstream CNC beam drill line, positioned for small to large fabricators and rated at roughly 150 tons of steel per 40-hour week. Three independent drilling axes, each driven by a 25 HP (18.5 kW) Siemens spindle motor with electronic ball-screw feed, carry 5-station automatic tool changers so each axis can drill, mill, countersink, tap and scribe without manual tool swaps. Cope and slot milling is supported, and a 4-axis carbide scribing attachment places piece marks and layout lines on all faces; SignoScript scribing and SignoMat stamping are optional. The processing window covers beams, channel, angle, tube and flat bar up to 44 inches wide and 18 inches tall. Roller Feed measurement, AccuMeasure and MultMaster support tandem band saw installations, with Raptor 3D CAD/CAM programming.
SubX-1120
44” Multi-Spindle Drill/Milling Line
The PeddiSubX-1120 is Peddinghaus's fastest beam drill line, using Sub-X spindle travel so each of its three 25 HP Siemens drilling axes covers a 19-11/16 inch (500 mm) operating zone and works independently. Every axis has a 6-station automatic tool changer and can drill, mill copes, rat holes, slots and flange thins, tap, countersink, carbide scribe and plasma ArcWrite, with layout marking on all four sides of the profile at once. Peddinghaus quotes cope mill-outs in about 90 seconds. Material from 3/4 x 3 inch up to 18 x 44 inch is handled, with a 14-point clamping system to control vibration during carbide milling. Roller Feed measurement, a Siemens-based control, Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software and MultMaster remnant handling complete the package, and the line pairs with Peddinghaus band saws.
XDM-630
24” Multi-Spindle Drill/Saw Combo
The Peddi XDM-630 merges a three-spindle carbide drill line with a traveling double-miter band saw in one guarded cell, so a small or mid-size shop can drill, mill, mark and cut to length with one operator. Each drilling axis runs a 25 HP (18.5 kW) Siemens servo motor from 0 to 3000 RPM and carries a 5-station tool changer, giving drilling up to 1-9/16 inch, slot and cope milling with a machined finish, tapping, countersinking and 4-axis carbide scribing on all surfaces. Profiles up to 24 inches (630 mm) wide are fed by Roller Feed measurement without stopping production. The saw carriage travels to the material and miters up to 60 degrees each way, leaving remnants as short as 13 inches, while a remnant conveyor drops scrap and passes finished parts. Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software programs the line.
Anglemaster-643
6”x6”x5/8 Angle Line (auto load/unload option)
The Anglemaster-643 is Peddinghaus's standard CNC angle line for detail components, punching and shearing angle and flat bar up to 5/8 inch thick and 6 x 6 inch leg size in a continuous load, punch, shear and unload cycle. Two 75-ton punch cylinders, each with two punch stations, allow up to two hole shapes or sizes per leg, including squares, rectangles, obrounds and slots. A single-cut 230-ton shear press cuts parts to length without producing a slug. Layout marking uses the SignoScript carbide scribing attachment, and the SignoMat unit stamps part numbers from a 36-character magazine at one character per second, 1/32 inch deep. Roller Feed measurement keeps stock moving accurately, and drag-chain infeed and drive-roller outfeed conveyors automate handling. A Siemens control runs the machine with Raptor 3D CAD/CAM programming.
Anglemaster-HD
HD: 8”x8”x1” Angle Line (auto load/unload options)
The Anglemaster-HD is Peddinghaus's heavy-duty angle line, built to punch and shear both the thinnest and thickest detail stock a fabricator handles: angle up to 8 x 8 x 1 inch (200 x 200 x 25 mm), flat bar up to 12 x 1 inch (300 x 25 mm) and channel up to 12 inches wide. Two multi-speed punch cylinders with three tool stations each allow up to three hole shapes or sizes per leg in one pass, and a three-speed single-cut shear eliminates slugs. Smart Cylinder technology reads material thickness from the dimensioning system and adjusts punch and shear power and speed automatically. SignoScript carbide scribing provides layout marking and SignoMat stamps part numbers from a 36-character magazine. Roller Feed measurement, a Siemens touch-screen control, optional MQL and Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software complete the line with automated infeed and outfeed handling.
HSFDB-C
High Speed Plate Processor (Plasma, Drill Oxy-Fuel Table)
The HSFDB-C is Peddinghaus's heavy plate processor, feeding plate through a fixed operating area rather than moving a gantry over a burn table. A 48 HP (36 kW) Siemens spindle running up to 2250 RPM with a 12-station rotary tool changer performs high-speed carbide drilling from 1/4 to 3 inch diameter, plus milling, tapping, countersinking and deburring. Thermal cutting is available as Hypertherm XPR 300 or HPR 400 plasma and oxy-fuel, with one beveling assembly serving both torches; oxy-fuel handles plate up to 4 inches thick and 10 feet wide. A SignoMat 36-character unit stamps parts, and Roller Feed measurement with 12 tons of clamping keeps material located. Peddinghaus quotes about 1 ton per hour under 1 inch and 2 tons per hour above. Side or front-end unloaders, a Siemens control and SDS nesting software are offered.
PeddiBlast-1500
60” Structural Shot Blaster
The PeddiBlast is Peddinghaus's roller-conveyor shot blast machine, built with blast-equipment partners to clean mill scale, rust and debris from structural sections ahead of welding, priming or intumescent coatings. Four 20 HP turbines with replaceable manganese-steel blades spin at 3600 RPM and throw more than 550 pounds of shot per minute, and Peddinghaus quotes a pass speed of about 20 feet per minute. Beams can lie flat in the H position so several pieces run side by side. Material passes through a manganese-lined blast chamber on inverter-driven variable-speed rollers, then a rotating brush and blower remove residual abrasive. A wind separator, bucket elevator and shell valves recycle and meter shot, an automatic silo refills the circuit, and a 10-station filter unit handles dust without extra ducting. Sound-dampening roller doors and 18 access panels simplify operation and maintenance.
PeddiRotators
Beam Rotators & Weld Positioners
The PeddiRotator is a pair of freestanding rotator stands that let fitters and welders turn beams, columns, tubes and complex weldments through a full 360 degrees without a crane or forklift. Each stand suspends the workpiece on a dual-link chain rated at 13,228 pounds, giving a combined capacity of about 13 tons across the two synchronized units, with material up to 60 inches wide. The stands are moved with a fork truck and can sit close together or as far apart as 50 feet to suit part length. Spring-loaded arms close as the piece is lowered in and open as it is lifted out, so loading by crane or forklift needs no manual latching. A handheld pendant controls direction and speed, and Peddinghaus claims turns roughly 20 times faster than a crane while improving welding posture and safety.
Avenger & AvengerPlus
48” Single Spindle Drill Line, Milling & Slotting capabilities (Built by Peddinghaus Corp.)
The Ocean Avenger family, built for Ocean by Peddinghaus, is a compact single-spindle CNC drill line for beams, channel, angle, plate, flat bar, HSS and other long profiles. The standard Avenger FORTY drills holes from 1/4" to 1-9/16" through material up to 10" thick and pop-marks the positions of welded attachments, replacing manual tape-measure layout. The Avenger PLUS extends this to 48" tall profiles and adds an 8-station CAT 40 tool changer plus 5" of sub-X spindle travel, enabling milling of horizontal and vertical slots and cut-outs, face milling, tapping and threading, countersinking, counterboring, flow drilling, and scribing of layout lines, weld symbols and part numbers. Both import DSTV files from Tekla, SDS/2 and similar detailing software using Peddimat software. Aimed at small to medium structural and miscellaneous-metals fabricators.
Clipper II
6”x6”x5/8” Angle Line (Built by Peddinghaus Corp.)
The Ocean Clipper II, built for Ocean by Peddinghaus in the USA, is a compact CNC angle line that automates layout, punching and cut-to-length shearing of clip angles, bracing angles and flat bar. It processes angle from 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/8" up to 6" x 6" x 5/8" and flat bar from 2" x 1/4" up to 6" x 5/8" in any length. A patented two-punch-unit design with removable C-frame tool holders keeps the footprint small and the remnant near 9". The 75-ton punch cycles in under 2 seconds and the 100-ton double-cut shear in about 5 seconds. Parts import from Tekla, SDS/2, StruMIS and other DSTV software via Peddimat, or are entered at the machine. An optional scribing unit adds part marking for small to medium fabricators.
Gladiator
48” Fiber Laser Structural Beam Processor
The Ocean Gladiator, built for Ocean by Penta Laser, is a cantilever-gantry fiber laser beam processor that replaces separate saw, drill and coping machines. Using a 20 kW source and a five-axis 3D cutting head, it cuts beams and columns to length, laser-cuts bolt holes and connection features, copes flanges and webs (including full-tongue copes), bevels to 45 degrees, and etches part marks. It handles wide-flange beams, channels, angles and plate with webs from 7.8" to 48" and flanges from 4" to 19.7", in 40, 50 or 60 ft stock lengths. The enclosed CE-compliant cell has triple safety interlocks, capacitive height sensing and anti-collision protection. Penta's software bulk-imports Tekla NC1 and 3D STEP files. Aimed at fabricators and skid builders wanting one compact machine for cutting, holes and copes.
Ocean Blaster
40” Structural Shot Blaster
The Ocean Blaster, built for Ocean by German manufacturer Agtos, is a compact pass-through shot blast machine for descaling and derusting structural steel before welding or painting. Four direct-drive 10 hp turbines throw round steel shot at roughly 290 ft/sec to produce finishes up to SSPC SP5 white metal, with a single conveyor-speed dial setting the surface cleanliness. It handles beams, channel, angle, tube and plate up to 40" tall by 20" wide and 500 lbs/ft, needing only in-feed and out-feed conveyors. A manganese-steel blast cabinet with replaceable liners, integrated abrasive recycling, an exit blow-off unit and a self-cleaning cartridge dust collector are included. The complete system fits in about 12 x 25 ft of floor space with 13 ft headroom, practical for small fabrication shops.
Ocean Liberator
Oxy-Fuel CNC Coper (Built by Peddinghaus Corp)
The Ocean Liberator, built for Ocean by Peddinghaus in South Carolina, is a single-torch five-axis robotic oxy-fuel coping machine for beams, channel, angle, plate and rectangular tube. The fully articulated torch cuts from any angle on any surface, producing copes, dog bones, blocked ends, rat holes, knife-plate slots, mechanical cut-outs, miter cuts and cut-to-length, with +/-45 degree bevels on flanges and webs. Because it uses oxy-fuel rather than plasma, material up to 6" thick is no obstacle and no dust-extraction enclosure is needed. It cuts at 7 to 30 in/min and positions at up to 400 in/min, with a handheld pendant for fine-tuning gap and speed. Parts import from Tekla, SDS/2, StruMIS, ProSteel and similar via Peddimat. The welded frame mates to Ocean Eliminator conveyors, typically 45 ft each side.
Ocean Slinger & Stringer Slinger
Portable Beam & Stair Rotators & weld positioners
The Ocean Slinger is a self-supporting, sling-type beam rotator and weld positioner that lifts beams, columns, pipe, channel, trusses and stair stringers off work trestles and rotates them to any angle, so fitters and welders do not wait on a crane or forklift. Using a handheld remote, the operator drives an internal hydraulic unit that raises the column with polyester slings attached, then a direct-drive motor rotates the part to a comfortable height for fitting, welding or QC inspection. Units are not bolted down, so pairs can be repositioned for different beam lengths. Standard models are the 4-ton OSL4T and 6-ton OSL6T; a 2-ton Stringer Slinger and 10- and 15-ton versions are also offered. All run on 3-phase 460/480V power drawing about 3 kW and meet CE safety standards.
ALT Lightning Rail
4’ & 8’ Handrail & Stair Stringer Layout System
The Lightning Rail is a gantry-style CNC marking machine built specifically for miscellaneous-metals shops that fabricate commercial handrail, guardrail, stair stringers and ladders. The operator loads a DXF file from the detailing software and the machine prints the complete full-scale layout in red ink directly onto a rigid steel-framed table, so pickets, posts, treads and stringers can be placed inside the printed outlines without tape measures, squares or soapstone. Layout-marking is its sole function; it does not cut, drill or weld. A single-dot ink-jet head builds lines, arcs and text from 1/8 inch dots, and the marks wash off with a biodegradable solution between jobs. Tables come in 4 ft or 8 ft widths, just under 30 ft long, driven by a Messer Global Control with remote diagnostics.
ALT Robo-Rail
24’ & 40’ Misc. Fabrication Robot- 12” Channel, 10” Pipe, 8” Square Tube, 8”x8” Flat Bar (Built by HGG)
The RoboRail is a compact robotic plasma cutting cell developed by HGG together with Automated Layout Technology for miscellaneous-metals fabricators working on stairs, rails, ladders and light structural work. A Staubli six-axis robot carrying a Hypertherm plasma torch cuts material to length and produces copes, notches, holes, slot holes and cut-outs, while a rotating chuck handles hollow sections such as handrail pipe and box tube. The same torch performs plasma layout marking, adding text and reference lines for fit-up so parts assemble without manual measuring. Jobs are loaded directly from DSTV or STEP files exported from SDS/2, Tekla, SolidWorks or Inventor, and each piece in a run can be different. The cell includes safety fencing, an outfeed for short parts, and an optional infeed table.
ALT Auto-Rail
CNC Mandrel & Handrail Bender
The Auto-Rail is a CNC mandrel tube and pipe bending machine built for Automated Layout Technology by the German manufacturer Transfluid and aimed squarely at handrail and guardrail fabricators. It produces true mandrel-quality bends in mild-steel and stainless round tube and pipe up to 2 inch Schedule 40, handling full 20 ft lengths, with programmable bend angle, feed and rotation axes so a complete wall rail, grab rail or offset guardrail is formed in a single cycle in under two minutes. The software calculates distance-between-bends and stretch lengths automatically, removing the skill needed on a manual top bender and drastically cutting the number of welded elbows, fittings and grinding operations. It does not drill, cut or mark material.

StairSTW
Scan-to-Weld Miscellaneous Fabrication Welding Robot
The StairSTW is described in the assignment as Automated Layout Technology's scan-to-weld robotic welding cell for stair stringers and other miscellaneous-metals assemblies. Scan-to-weld systems generally use a 3D sensor on a welding robot to scan the tacked assembly as it actually sits on the table, generate weld paths from the point cloud rather than from an idealized CAD model, and weld without manual robot programming, which suits the one-off, high-mix nature of stair and rail work. However, no page describing the StairSTW could be located on automatedlayout.com, its dealer sites, or in trade press at the time of research, so its robot brand, welding process, reach, table size and software have not been verified.
Single End Punch
40 Ton to 220 Ton
The Sunrise PM Series is a line of hydraulic single-end punching machines built in Taiwan and sold in the US through dealers such as Trilogy Machinery. Models run from 38 tons to 220 tons, with throat depths of 12, 20 or 30 inches, and the largest unit punches a 2 inch hole through 1-1/8 inch plate. A patented double-acting high-speed cylinder retracts about 150 percent faster than a conventional cylinder, giving 30 to 40 strokes per minute for production punching of plate, flat bar, angle and channel for bolted connections, brackets and cable passages. The T-slotted base and double-opening die block accept optional press-brake, vee-notch, shear, angle-bend and pipe-notch tooling, and a semi-CNC XY positioning table or the ANC automatic linear in-feed can be factory fitted for punching only.
K-Series, Single Cylinder & Dual Cylinder
50 Ton to 185 Ton
Sunrise ironworkers cover two families. The K-Series is a single-cylinder machine of 50 or 66 tons in which the entire main slide moves vertically, so punching, flat-bar and angle shearing, notching and bending all take place with straight up-and-down motion; models 66KB and 66KBN add an integrated 12 inch press brake or a 4 inch single-vee brake plus rectangular notcher. The S/SD Series dual-cylinder ironworkers, from 66 to 185 tons, put two high-speed cylinders and two foot pedals on five independent stations so two operators can punch and shear at the same time, with SD models offering a deeper throat. Both accept the full range of Sunrise punch, notch, brake and pipe-notch tooling, and dual-cylinder machines can be factory fitted with semi-CNC positioning tables or automatic shears.
Semi-Auto CNC Ironworker
66 Ton to 185 Ton
Sunrise Semi-Automatic CNC solutions turn a 66 to 185 ton dual-cylinder ironworker or a single-end punch with a 20 inch or deeper throat into a programmable punching machine. A pendant-mounted touch-screen controller drives CNC X and Y stops on a positioning table; the operator pushes plate or angle against the stops and triggers the punch, so hole patterns come from the program rather than manual layout, eliminating layout errors and scrap. Tables run from 16 x 40 inches up to 26 x 120 inches, position at up to 590 inches per minute, and hold plus or minus 0.004 inch per foot. An optional Windows PC controller imports DXF and NC1 files with nesting; the ANC automatic linear in-feed punch and a CNC plate shear are related options.
Sunrise HBM Horizontal Bender
45 Ton to 82 Ton
The Sunrise HBM is a horizontal bending machine, or horizontal press brake, in which the punch is fixed on a one-piece machined table and a hydraulic die moves sideways into the work. Because the material can wrap fully around the fixed punch, it forms brackets, cleats, column boots, U-channels, closed boxes, 180 degree bends and pipe clamps that a vertical press brake cannot release. Two models, 45 and 82 tons, bend flat bar the easy way to 8 x 1/2 inch and 12 x 1/2 inch, bar on edge to 2 x 1/2 inch, and pipe to 2 inch Schedule 40. An OMRON touch-screen stores 50 programs and a Mitutoyo encoder holds stroke repeatability; optional punch, shear and straightening tooling and a CNC back gauge extend it beyond bending.

Swebend, MG, Lemas Plate Rolls
Plate rolls form flat plate into cylinders, cones and arcs; three brands cover different budgets and duties. SweBend (Hassleholm, Sweden, founded 2013 by former Roundo engineers) builds PB3 three-roll double-pinch and PB4 four-roll machines with hydraulically driven rolls, parallelism held to 0.1 mm, Bluetooth control and optional SEVEN CNC, covering 1 to 250 mm plate on 500 to 8000 mm rolls. MG srl (Fossano, Italy, rolls since 1981) offers the widest catalog: G/GE/GL three-roll double pinch, PH three-roll variable geometry, M/ME/ML four-roll and Series K four-roll variable geometry, 0.5 to 300 mm thick and 200 to 8000 mm wide, with Touch Command EVO CNC. Lemas (Lien Hsine Machinery, Taiwan, since 1950) supplies value TR initial-pinch and 4TR four-roll rolls with PLC control, 3 to 10 feet and up to 5/8".
Swebend and MG Angle Rolls
Angle rolls, also called section or profile bending rolls, curve angle, flat bar, channel, beam, tube and pipe into rings, arcs and spirals for structural, tank and architectural work. SweBend's SB3 three-roll machines drive all three rolls hydraulically with guide rolls that follow the bending rolls, while the SB4 four-roll double-pinch design adds hydraulic axis interpolation; both can be fitted with SweBend's SEVEN CNC on Beckhoff hardware with the IRMA bending assistant, and the VSB3 variable-geometry series handles very large sections. MG's AR (planetary side-roll movement) and ARL (linear side-roll guides) three-roll benders use three independent hydraulic motors with planetary gearboxes, run vertically or horizontally, and come with 3-D hydraulic side guides and digital readouts, with AR.4 four-roll, spiral and six-roll SZ variants and optional Touch Command EVO CNC.
S-Series
Pivot Style mitering bandsaw, 7” controller, 13”x18”, 16”x20”
The S-Series is Hydmech's original horizontal pivot (scissor-style) band saw line, aimed at job shops, fabricators and service centers that need straight and mitered cuts on tube, bar and structural stock without rotating the material. A heavy cast iron head swings from 90 to 30 degrees and returns after each cut, riding on a true direct blade drive with no belts or pulleys and VFD variable blade speed. The line runs from the manual S-20 Next Generation, with a 7" HMI touchscreen showing digital miter angle and an Eco-Smart mist lubrication system, through semi-automatic S-20P and S-23P models to the fully automatic S-20A and S-23A, which add a multi-index shuttle and a PLC touchscreen storing up to 100 jobs. Options include overhead bundling, conveyors and AROSTOP measuring.
H-Series
Dual Column, High Production, Capacities to fit all needs
Hydmech H-Series saws are rigid, dual-post horizontal band saws in which the head descends straight down (guillotine style) for square, high-production cutting rather than mitering. They are built for multi-shift fabricators, steel service centers, forge and die shops cutting solids, tubing, channel, angle, stainless, aluminum and high-temperature alloys, and they suit bundle or multiple slugging work. Every model uses a true direct VFD blade drive, full-stroke hydraulic vises with variable pressure, hydraulic positive down feed and a split front vise that leaves a short remnant. Automatic models add a ball-screw shuttle for multi-indexing with kerf compensation and a PLC touchscreen (Mitsubishi FX5U on larger models) storing up to 999 jobs. Long bar feeds to 120", canted heads and overhead bundling are available on selected models.
V-Series
Vertical Tilt, High Production, 18”x20”, 26”x21”, 30”x25”
The V-Series is Hydmech's vertical tilt-frame line for structural fabricators who need two-way miter cuts on beams, channel, tube and bundles. The saw column tilts up to 60 degrees left and right, so material stays put on the conveyor while the head angles to the cut; most models offer programmable go-to-angle mitering with a digital angle display. All models use true direct VFD blade drives, two full-stroke hydraulic vises with variable pressure, hydraulic positive down feed and cast iron band wheels. Capacity runs from the 18"-class VW-18 and V-18 models to the V-25 at 30" x 25". APC versions add a servo-driven shuttle indexing 40" to 60" per stroke (120" optional) and an 8.5" Mitsubishi FX5U touchscreen storing 1000 jobs for unattended cutting.
M-Series
Structural Bandsaw, Heavy Duty, 20”x30”
The M-20A is Hydmech's heavy-duty structural version of the horizontal pivot band saw, sized for shops cutting large beams, channel, heavy tube and solid bar up to 20" x 30". The cast iron head miters automatically to any programmed angle between 90 and 30 degrees, and a cast iron shuttle multi-indexes material up to 33" per stroke so long structural runs are fed, clamped and cut without operator intervention. A 10 HP VFD true direct drive powers a 1-1/2" blade, while full-capacity hydraulic vises with hardened wear plates, hydraulic down feed, hydraulic blade and guide tensioning and an automatic chip auger support continuous production. The M-20A-120 variant adds a 10-foot (120") bar feed with powered conveyors for full-length stock.
S/DS-Series
Pivot Style, Miter,Dual-Miter, Compact, 11”x12”, 13”x19”, 18”x23”
DoALL's StructurALL S and DS scissor-style band saws cover angle cutting of tube, pipe, angle and structural sections for low to medium volume fabrication. DS models have a dual-swivel head that miters left and right (typically 45 degrees left and 60 degrees right, or 60 degrees both ways on larger machines), so material does not need to be flipped. The range starts with the manual DS-280M, moves through the semi-automatic DS-320SA, DS-500SA and DS-600SA with Mitsubishi touchscreen control, programmable feed and BRP overload protection, and tops out with the automatic S-320CNC and S-500CNC, which add a servo ball-screw indexer with 19.5" strokes and job programming. All use direct-drive VFD band motors, cast steel wheels and hydraulic vises.
DCDS-Series
Dual Column-Dual Miter, 17”x24”, 19”x30”, and Bigger!
The DCDS series pairs a rigid dual-column head with a hydraulically driven dual-swivel turntable, so the head miters 60 degrees left or right and locks hydraulically while the material stays clamped. The head is set at a 6 to 7 degree cant to reduce tooth load, and it rides linear rails with a four-point mount for blade life. Aimed at high-output fabricators cutting multiple angles in structural steel, stainless and tool steel, the line offers semi-automatic DCDS-600SA and DCDS-750SA models with Mitsubishi touchscreens, and fully automatic DCDS-600CNC and DCDS-750CNC models with Siemens control, 99 job programs, a 78.5" servo rack-and-pinion indexer with retractable shuttle vise and modified metered feed that adapts to material resistance. Vertical nesting hold-downs and variable vise pressure are standard.
DC-Series
Dual Column, High Production, Capacity to fit all needs
DoALL's DC-Series are straight-cut dual-column horizontal band saws for high-volume production of bar, billet, tube and plate in service centers, forge shops and general manufacturing. The Continental Series NC models (DC-280NC through DC-800NC) run fully automatic cycles from a PLC touchscreen storing 20 jobs with batching, use hydraulic retractable shuttle vises with magnetic scales for indexing, and hydraulic blade tension. The Hercules enclosed CNC models (DC-440CNC-A, DC-750CNC and larger) add full enclosures, Siemens touchscreen control, programmable feed rates, automatic guide arm positioning, automatic material retraction and ball-screw driven heads for exotic alloys. Semi-automatic SA versions are offered at most sizes. Band drives range from 5 HP to 15 HP with VFD speed control.
V-Series
Vertical-Contour, Small footprint, capacity to fit all needs
DoALL invented the metal-cutting band saw and its vertical contour line remains the shop workhorse for contour, straight, friction and multiple-piece cutting in machine shops, tool and die rooms, maintenance departments and trade schools. The 2013 and 3613 series (20" and 36" throat) use a 3 HP or 5 HP inverter drive with a two-range transmission covering 30 to 5,500 fpm, a 26" x 26" table tilting 45 degrees one way and 10 the other, and accept blades from 1/8" to 1" wide. The 2012-VH adds a hydraulic power-feed table with adjustable feed force. The ZV-3620 Zephyr is a 15 HP high-speed machine for exotic and non-metallic materials, running up to 15,000 fpm with 36" x 20" capacity. A column-mounted DBW-15 blade welder with grinder is optional.
DGA-510
20”x27” semi & fully auto options, ball & screw fed
The 510-DGA is Peddinghaus's smaller double-miter structural band saw, intended as a one-operator standalone saw or as a companion to drill lines such as the Peddi XDM-630 or Advantage-2. A twin-column frame with a 3-degree blade attack angle resists vibration, and an electric ball-screw feed controls the cut for better blade life and finish. Individual sections or bundles up to 27 inches wide and 20 inches tall can be cut, and the double-miter head handles straight cuts plus miters to 45 and 60 degrees in both directions. Speed Sawing technology adds rapid blade approach, material sensing, cutting-speed transition, feed compensation, end-of-cut sensing and automatic retract. Clamps sit close to the blade for rigidity, a laser line reference aids manual setups, Minimum Quantity Lubrication replaces flood coolant, and an infeed shuttle with touch-screen control automates positioning.
DG-1250
20”x50” semi & full auto options, ball & screw fed, dual-miter
The DG-1250 is Peddinghaus's large double-miter structural band saw, designed to keep pace with a BDL-1250 or Advantage-2 drill line in tandem or to run standalone with AccuMeasure CNC measurement. Its twin-column frame and 7-degree blade attack angle suppress vibration for cut quality and blade life, and a 20 HP (14.5 kW) drive motor runs a 394 x 2.64 x 0.063 inch blade with automatic hydraulic tensioning. Straight cuts reach 49 x 20 inches, 45-degree miters 31 x 20 inches and 30-degree miters 21 x 20 inches, with the head mitering up to 60 degrees left and right by program or manual entry. Lift-and-kneel transport rollers raise material clear of the bed while it moves and shift with the head to support miter cuts. Speed Sawing technology, a laser line reference, Minimum Quantity Lubrication and an ergonomic control panel for speed and feed round out the saw, which weighs 14,660 pounds.
Terminator 18/42
18” x 42” Structural (Built by Hydmech Bandsaws)
The Ocean Terminator 18/42, built in Canada by Hydmech, is the largest band saw in the Ocean range, sized for the widest beams and heaviest sections that structural fabricators cut to length. It handles 18" x 42" at 90 degrees and miters 45 degrees left and 60 degrees right without re-handling the material. A 10 hp motor on a two-stage gearbox with AC inverter drive delivers 40 to 300 ft/min blade speeds on a 2" blade over 27" wheels, with direct hydraulic down-feed adjustment. Dual vises clamp both sides of the blade and an overhead clamp steadies large shapes and bundles. A hydraulic blade brush, 30-gallon flood coolant plus MQL misting, laser guide and digital angle/speed display are standard. A pedestal console offers semi-automatic two-angle cycling; Eliminator conveyors are optional.
PeddiAssembler
Welding & Fabrication Robot
The PeddiAssembler, developed with Zeman and Lincoln Electric, automates the fitting and welding of connection plates and detail parts onto structural beams, tubes and channels. An ABB tacking and welding robot works beside a magnetic parts-handling robot and a scanning unit on a single rail: loose parts are scanned on a table, picked, placed on any of four sides of the profile and tacked or MAG welded with single or multi-pass seams up to 7/8 inch. Integrated turning devices clamp and rotate profiles up to 11,025 pounds through 360 degrees, and torch-mounted laser measurement sets the zero reference and checks tacked parts. Peddinghaus quotes about 1.5 minutes per part with 1/24 inch accuracy over a 60-foot profile. Envision 3D measurement is standard for quality control, and Zeman ProFit software on a Siemens control imports DSTV files from BIM systems.
Ocean Challenger
Structural Welding Robot
The Ocean Challenger, designed and built for Ocean by AGT, is an automated robotic welding cell for structural steel. A fitter tacks angles, stiffeners, gussets, fin plates and end plates onto a beam or column and loads it; the Fanuc Arc Mate 120i robot laser-scans each attachment to verify position, then welds it with a Lincoln Electric Power Wave R450 source. It handles wide-flange, channel, angle, HSS and tapered sections from 6" to 40" deep and 4 to 50 ft long, producing single, double and three-pass fillet and lap welds up to 1/2" in the 2F position. AGT's Cortex software imports the 3D model from Tekla or SDS/2 and auto-generates scan and weld paths, with no manual robot programming. A laser safety scanner meets ANSI/RIA R15.06 and CSA Z434.

Dragon A-400
(MADE IN USA)
The Bend-Tech Dragon A400 is a US-built CNC plasma cutting machine for round, square and rectangular tube and pipe, with an optional motorized gate for angle and channel. Material up to 400 lb and 24 ft long is held in a four-jaw self-centering chuck and front gate, driven along a rack-and-pinion X axis and rotated while a fixed toolhead cuts holes, saddles, copes and end profiles for weld-ready fit-up. A four-position automatic tool changer carries the plasma torch, a marker and an engraver, so bend locations, rotation marks, part numbers and text are placed on the tube in the same cycle, plus a laser pointer for alignment. Included Dragon CAD/CAM software imports STEP and IGES files or designs parts from scratch; coolant and dry-end supports are add-ons.
TB-60 Pipe Bender & CE-35 Angle Roll
TB-60 Pipe Bender & CE-35 Angle Roll
This pair covers the two most common bending tasks in a handrail shop. The Ercolina TB60 Top Bender is an electromechanical non-mandrel rotary draw bender for mild-steel tube to 2-1/2 inch, pipe to 2 inch Schedule 40 and square tube to 2 x 0.125 inch, bending to 180 degrees on centerline radii from 2D up to 15 inches. A touch-screen PLC compensates springback and displays bend angle, with quick-change tooling, a foot pedal, and an optional A40-P two-axis positioner for repeat parts. The CE35 is a compact single-phase, three-roll angle roll that rolls pipe to 1-1/2 inch Schedule 40 and angle to 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 x 1/4 inch, plus square, flat and small channel, into arcs and rings in vertical or horizontal position. Neither machine drills, cuts or marks.
