Vertical-Contour, Small footprint, capacity to fit all needs

DoALL invented the metal-cutting band saw and its vertical contour line remains the shop workhorse for contour, straight, friction and multiple-piece cutting in machine shops, tool and die rooms, maintenance departments and trade schools. The 2013 and 3613 series (20" and 36" throat) use a 3 HP or 5 HP inverter drive with a two-range transmission covering 30 to 5,500 fpm, a 26" x 26" table tilting 45 degrees one way and 10 the other, and accept blades from 1/8" to 1" wide. The 2012-VH adds a hydraulic power-feed table with adjustable feed force. The ZV-3620 Zephyr is a 15 HP high-speed machine for exotic and non-metallic materials, running up to 15,000 fpm with 36" x 20" capacity. A column-mounted DBW-15 blade welder with grinder is optional.
