HD: 8”x8”x1” Angle Line (auto load/unload options)
The Anglemaster-HD is Peddinghaus's heavy-duty angle line, built to punch and shear both the thinnest and thickest detail stock a fabricator handles: angle up to 8 x 8 x 1 inch (200 x 200 x 25 mm), flat bar up to 12 x 1 inch (300 x 25 mm) and channel up to 12 inches wide. Two multi-speed punch cylinders with three tool stations each allow up to three hole shapes or sizes per leg in one pass, and a three-speed single-cut shear eliminates slugs. Smart Cylinder technology reads material thickness from the dimensioning system and adjusts punch and shear power and speed automatically. SignoScript carbide scribing provides layout marking and SignoMat stamps part numbers from a 36-character magazine. Roller Feed measurement, a Siemens touch-screen control, optional MQL and Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software complete the line with automated infeed and outfeed handling.
