DoALL's StructurALL S and DS scissor-style band saws cover angle cutting of tube, pipe, angle and structural sections for low to medium volume fabrication. DS models have a dual-swivel head that miters left and right (typically 45 degrees left and 60 degrees right, or 60 degrees both ways on larger machines), so material does not need to be flipped. The range starts with the manual DS-280M, moves through the semi-automatic DS-320SA, DS-500SA and DS-600SA with Mitsubishi touchscreen control, programmable feed and BRP overload protection, and tops out with the automatic S-320CNC and S-500CNC, which add a servo ball-screw indexer with 19.5" strokes and job programming. All use direct-drive VFD band motors, cast steel wheels and hydraulic vises.
