Single End Punch

The Sunrise PM Series is a line of hydraulic single-end punching machines built in Taiwan and sold in the US through dealers such as Trilogy Machinery. Models run from 38 tons to 220 tons, with throat depths of 12, 20 or 30 inches, and the largest unit punches a 2 inch hole through 1-1/8 inch plate. A patented double-acting high-speed cylinder retracts about 150 percent faster than a conventional cylinder, giving 30 to 40 strokes per minute for production punching of plate, flat bar, angle and channel for bolted connections, brackets and cable passages. The T-slotted base and double-opening die block accept optional press-brake, vee-notch, shear, angle-bend and pipe-notch tooling, and a semi-CNC XY positioning table or the ANC automatic linear in-feed can be factory fitted for punching only.
