Small footprint Tube Laser built for the most popular Structural Steel Profiles.
The PeddiLS brings fiber laser tube processing to structural and miscellaneous steel shops that have traditionally relied on saws, drills, coping machines and manual layout. It handles round, square and structural profiles up to 11" across and 3/4" wall, in lengths to 24.6', producing copes, slots, connection details, part marking and 45-degree bevels for weld prep in one cycle so parts go straight to fit-up. A Raycus fiber source is offered at 6 or 12 kW, and the QLTEK tube torch has automatic centering and an LED status bar. Automated self-centering chucks with semi-automatic loading minimize remnant, while servo drives deliver 328 ft/min positioning and 100 RPM rotation. Beckhoff TwinCat 3 control runs Lantek Flex3D Tubes nesting, and integrated dust filtration with modular drawers keeps small parts easy to find.
