6”x6”x5/8 Angle Line (auto load/unload option)
The Anglemaster-643 is Peddinghaus's standard CNC angle line for detail components, punching and shearing angle and flat bar up to 5/8 inch thick and 6 x 6 inch leg size in a continuous load, punch, shear and unload cycle. Two 75-ton punch cylinders, each with two punch stations, allow up to two hole shapes or sizes per leg, including squares, rectangles, obrounds and slots. A single-cut 230-ton shear press cuts parts to length without producing a slug. Layout marking uses the SignoScript carbide scribing attachment, and the SignoMat unit stamps part numbers from a 36-character magazine at one character per second, 1/32 inch deep. Roller Feed measurement keeps stock moving accurately, and drag-chain infeed and drive-roller outfeed conveyors automate handling. A Siemens control runs the machine with Raptor 3D CAD/CAM programming.
