44” Multi-Spindle Drill Line
The Advantage-2 is Peddinghaus's mainstream CNC beam drill line, positioned for small to large fabricators and rated at roughly 150 tons of steel per 40-hour week. Three independent drilling axes, each driven by a 25 HP (18.5 kW) Siemens spindle motor with electronic ball-screw feed, carry 5-station automatic tool changers so each axis can drill, mill, countersink, tap and scribe without manual tool swaps. Cope and slot milling is supported, and a 4-axis carbide scribing attachment places piece marks and layout lines on all faces; SignoScript scribing and SignoMat stamping are optional. The processing window covers beams, channel, angle, tube and flat bar up to 44 inches wide and 18 inches tall. Roller Feed measurement, AccuMeasure and MultMaster support tandem band saw installations, with Raptor 3D CAD/CAM programming.
