This pair covers the two most common bending tasks in a handrail shop. The Ercolina TB60 Top Bender is an electromechanical non-mandrel rotary draw bender for mild-steel tube to 2-1/2 inch, pipe to 2 inch Schedule 40 and square tube to 2 x 0.125 inch, bending to 180 degrees on centerline radii from 2D up to 15 inches. A touch-screen PLC compensates springback and displays bend angle, with quick-change tooling, a foot pedal, and an optional A40-P two-axis positioner for repeat parts. The CE35 is a compact single-phase, three-roll angle roll that rolls pipe to 1-1/2 inch Schedule 40 and angle to 1-1/2 x 1-1/2 x 1/4 inch, plus square, flat and small channel, into arcs and rings in vertical or horizontal position. Neither machine drills, cuts or marks.
