Terminator 18/25

The Ocean Terminator 18/25, built in Canada by Hydmech, is a dual-column band saw for structural fabricators cutting beams, channel, angle, flat bar, tube and pipe to length. It miters to 60 degrees both left and right, so parts with opposing miters need not be flipped. A 15 hp motor on a two-stage gearbox with AC inverter drive gives 50 to 492 ft/min blade speeds, and a dual-cylinder hydraulic down-feed with adjustable rate and force suits light angle through heavy sections. Dual vises clamp both sides of the blade and an overhead clamp reduces vibration on large shapes or bundles. Carbide guide inserts, powered blade brush, flood and MQL coolant and a laser cut line are standard. A semi-automatic mode runs the full two-angle cycle; Eliminator conveyors are optional.
