DC-Series
Dual Column, High Production, Capacity to fit all needs
DoALL's DC-Series are straight-cut dual-column horizontal band saws for high-volume production of bar, billet, tube and plate in service centers, forge shops and general manufacturing. The Continental Series NC models (DC-280NC through DC-800NC) run fully automatic cycles from a PLC touchscreen storing 20 jobs with batching, use hydraulic retractable shuttle vises with magnetic scales for indexing, and hydraulic blade tension. The Hercules enclosed CNC models (DC-440CNC-A, DC-750CNC and larger) add full enclosures, Siemens touchscreen control, programmable feed rates, automatic guide arm positioning, automatic material retraction and ball-screw driven heads for exotic alloys. Semi-automatic SA versions are offered at most sizes. Band drives range from 5 HP to 15 HP with VFD speed control.
