Angle rolls, also called section or profile bending rolls, curve angle, flat bar, channel, beam, tube and pipe into rings, arcs and spirals for structural, tank and architectural work. SweBend's SB3 three-roll machines drive all three rolls hydraulically with guide rolls that follow the bending rolls, while the SB4 four-roll double-pinch design adds hydraulic axis interpolation; both can be fitted with SweBend's SEVEN CNC on Beckhoff hardware with the IRMA bending assistant, and the VSB3 variable-geometry series handles very large sections. MG's AR (planetary side-roll movement) and ARL (linear side-roll guides) three-roll benders use three independent hydraulic motors with planetary gearboxes, run vertically or horizontally, and come with 3-D hydraulic side guides and digital readouts, with AR.4 four-roll, spiral and six-roll SZ variants and optional Touch Command EVO CNC.
