Heavy-Duty, High-Performance 3 & 4 Chuck Structural Tube Laser.
The PeddiWPC 12036 (marketed earlier as PeddiTube) is Peddinghaus's heavy-duty laser processing center for large-diameter, thick-wall and very long tube and pipe. Three automatically rotating four-claw chucks self-center and stabilize profiles up to 40' long (60' on the 18036/18050 models) while the 12 or 20 kW fiber head cuts copes, slots, notches, miters, connection details and part markings on every face, with 45-degree bevels for weld-ready edges. Wall capacity is 3/4" at 12 kW and 1" at 20 kW; the 12036 accepts profiles to 29-1/8" in Y and 18-7/8" in Z. Chain-conveyor loading and unloading keep material moving with little operator handling, and a zero-contact height-tracking head follows out-of-tolerance stock. Smart Manager control with Lantek Flex3D Tubes nesting replaces layout, sawing, drilling, coping and grinding with one process.
