The PeddiBolt is Peddinghaus's heavy-plate 2D fiber laser, built around a split bed with hydraulic exchange tables so plate is loaded while the machine cuts. The 6025 base model covers 244" x 98" (about 20' x 8'); 8025 and 12025 versions extend X travel to 315" and 472.5". Laser sources range from 20 to 60 kW, and the hybrid head runs in laser, oxy-fuel or combined mode, taking plate up to 4.75" thick. A 45-degree bevel head covers a 224" x 70" area for weld-prep edges. The heat-treated gantry delivers 656 to 787 ft/min rapids and 2.8 G acceleration, with part marking and holes in the same program. Partitioned downdraft with Donaldson dust collector, Smart Manager control and Lantek 2D nesting are standard; the PLH system automates plate handling.
