The PeddiSwing is an affordable Structural Steel Fiber Laser by Peddinghaus Corporation with cut capacities of 2.75” and up to an 8’ x 20’ Shuttle Table.
The PeddiSwing is Peddinghaus's cost-focused 2D fiber laser for plate, using a split bed with a hydraulic lifting exchange (shuttle) platform so one pallet is loaded while the other cuts. The 3015 base model cuts a 124" x 63" plate; 4020 and 6025 versions extend to 161" x 83" and 244" x 98". A lightweight, rigid gantry reaches 459 ft/min with 1.5 G acceleration, and a zero-contact height-tracking cutting head follows uneven plate without slowing. Laser sources are 12 or 20 kW (30 kW on the 6025), all rated for 1.5" plate. The machine cuts holes, contours and part markings in one program, and the optional PLA material handling system loads, unloads and reloads continuously. Zoned downdraft dust collection, Smart Manager control and Lantek 2D nesting are standard.
